Our
Company
Lapin
Services
is a
family
owned
and
operated
business
that
strives
to maintain
integrity
in all
of the
services
provided.
Our
vision
statement:
“We
endeavor to
be
the
leading
provider
of
septic,
sewer,
grease
trap
and
utility contracting
services in
the Central
Florida
area
by
caring
for
the
needs
of
our
customers,
our
employees
and our
community”
We
have been
serving the
greater Orlando
area for
over 31
years and
attribute our
success to
following this
vision. Our
Company really
believes that “a
good
name
is
more
valuable
than
great
riches” and
has a
long-term goal
of maintaining
a quality
reputation and
friendly, honest
service.
Our
goal is
not to
gain you
as a “one-time” customer,
but to build
an ongoing relationship
that will
ensure your
trust and
confidence in the
services we provide.
About
the
President
Dennis
Lapin is
the Owner/President
and began
working in
this business
with his
father, George
Lapin, who
started AAA
Septic in
1959. Dennis
has earned
a reputation
not only
as a
man of
high character,
but an
authority in
the septic
industry as
well. He
is a
licensed underground
utility and
master septic
tank contractor.
Everything
rises
and falls
on leadership
and this
is why
the entire
company is
committed to
doing business
by “the
Book” and
treating
the
customer
like
we would
want
to be
treated.
He has
instilled
this “customer
first” mentality
within all
of the 55 plus
employees of the
company and
those who
work for
him know
of his unrelenting
commitment to this.
The atmosphere
at Lapin Services
makes it a
pleasure to work
for a man
who treats
everyone with
respect and
integrity in a
positive atmosphere.
Our
Staff
Our
firm is
organized into
two functional
departments, Service
and Construction.
The Service
Department is
responsible to
service and
maintain existing
septic, sewer,
and grease
trap systems,
both commercial
and residential.
The Construction
Department estimates
and installs
residential and
commercial septic
systems, sewer
connections, lift
stations, grease
traps, drainage
systems, and
all sewer
and storm
utility work.
We
currently
operate with
5-6 independent
construction teams
that can
be combined
as opportunities
permit. Each
construction team
contains quality
operators and
installers that
have in
depth experience
from all
over the
United States. |
